Use Your Dreams to Understand and Control Your Dieting Issues

There is something completely irrational that makes dieting difficult.

Let me put it this way: No one asks "What makes me fat?" We already know the answer to that question.

If dieting was a rational process we would all have it sorted out by now.

.The wonderful thing about dreams is that they defy common sense. They take you where rationality will not go.

They put you in absurd situations that somehow have great meaning and can offer you clarity into what is going on in your life. You can learn new approaches to your weight loss/dieting issues from your dreams.

For most people there has been so much effort put into losing weight that the attempt  to find new ways of tackling the problem seems hopeless.

HOWEVER! Dreams offer a completely new way of obtaining insight and information into your dieting issues.

What we do:

  1. We train you to focus your attention before going to sleep (to incubate a dream).
  2. We look at what your dreams are telling you about your weight issues
  3. We look at solutions to any kind of problem in the dream that might relate to weight issues.
